This is Thurston. He's a 6 year old chihuahua. He was found as a stray. He has been fixed, microchipped and had a dental on 8/18/15. He's good with other dogs and fine with cats but would do best in a home with no young children. He has a broken right leg from an old injury (probably from being hit by a car). The original plan was to amputate his bad leg but the vet has found that he has a luxating patella on his left leg which makes it too risky, so for now the plan is to keep both legs. He is taking pain medication and does pretty well with his disabilities. He's a happy boy that Loves affection. He could be rubbed on all day. It would be great to find him a home that could give him all the love and special attention he needs.  If you are interested in adopting Thurston please fill out an application at cockernation.org and it will be sent to his foster.
