Pirate is the coolest dog you could ever want to own!  This boy is doing fantastic after having the odds against him.  He is completely heartworm free, his hip is completely healed from surgery, and he is getting around (including the stairs) independently.  Pirate is such a special boy and he needs a special home.  He is a front leg amputee but that never stops him.  He is friendly with everyone, but  has food and toy aggression,  He lives with other dogs, but his foster mom is extrelmely careful because of his food agression.  She thinks it may be a good idea for him to be an only dog.  Pirate is housebroken, up to date on shots, and an all around great boy.  If you would like to add him to your family please fill out an application at cockernation.org
